Who is Strive Ventures?
Team with solid experience as company builders and significant exits of their own companies behind them, raises Fund 2 based on strong results in Fund 1.
Strive Ventures Fund 2 has a target commitment of DKK 150m and a hard cap of DKK 200m, and will be invested in 8-12 companies during a 3-year investment period.
We identify attractive investment opportunities primarily through our own research of 3000+ companies annually, and with outreach to the 100-150 most interesting to start a dialogue.
We look for investments with the following focus:
- BtB SaaS
- Reimagined products
- Value-creating platforms, and
- Scalable service concepts
Active ownership is exercised with a board position and ongoing sparring, as well as carrying out specific tasks as needed. The path to exit is coordinated from the start through the work of the board. In the exit process itself, we take an extra active role, with the aim of protecting the operation and optimising the deal.

Former Managing Director of Canada’s largest pension fund, CCP Investments, with responsibility for investing DKK 5 billion in a large number of unicorns. Former equity manager at Nordea Asset Management and BankInvest.

Co-founder & former COO of the American VC fund, The Conscious Venture Fund. Former CEO of the London-based non-profit accelerator Rainmaker Foundation.

The journey so far
Martin Bjergegaard launched Strive Ventures on 1 January 2022 with his brother, Anders Bjergegaard, and Søren Rode as the largest investors in the first fund. During the first year, 23 additional investors joined the journey.
In 2024 Søren Rode stepped into the management company as Founding Partner along with Martin Bjergegaard, after being actively involved in the fund since its inception. The team is further expanded with the addition of Leon Svejgaard Pedersen as General Partner and Investor, Cosmina Popa and Kristian Justesen as Venture Partners.
As we kick off 2025, we are excited to already have welcomed 48 investors into the network, with the launch of Strive Ventures Fund 2.
Most of our Fund 1 and Fund 2 investors are post-exit entrepreneurs and experienced investors that are eager to support the growth and success of our portfolio companies. And the results speak for themselves; Fund 1 portfolio companies have grown 305% in annual turnover and 403% in profit before tax in less than 3 years.
